"Help us save this precious coastline now and anything you donate will be doubled."
The vibrant stretch of coastline at Henfaes and Porth Simdde on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales is a true jewel in our national shoreline. It's a home to endangered wildlife, rare flora and fauna and a local community that desperately wants to preserve the area they love and their way of life.
It's also a place at risk from unsightly and inappropriate tourist development. And that's why we want to act now to purchase it and protect it forever.
We have a small window of opportunity to acquire this idyllic stretch of coastline and bring it under the care of the National Trust. And we urgently need your support. What's more, Visit Wales (Tourist Board for Wales) has committed to half of the acquisition cost, so your donation today will be worth double, helping us to raise the remaining half and secure the future of the16 acre site at Henfaes and Porth Simdde.
